Appliance Repair Guide

What's Included

  • Service warranty on all completed Viking repairs
  • Warranty on parts purchased and installed through us
  • Genuine Viking OEM parts sourcing
  • OEM-compatible parts for older Viking models
  • Parts confirmed in stock before the repair visit
  • Detailed repair documentation provided on completion

Parts quality and repair accountability are two of the most important — and most overlooked — factors in appliance service. A non-genuine part installed in a Viking range or refrigerator may appear to fix the problem but often fails again within months, leaving you with the same repair bill and additional downtime. We stand behind every Viking repair we perform with a warranty on both the work and the parts.

Our Service Warranty

Every Viking repair we complete is backed by our own service warranty. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we return and resolve it at no additional charge. This covers the labour and workmanship of our technicians on the specific fault that was repaired.

Please note: we do not provide or represent the official Viking manufacturer warranty, and we do not offer Viking manufacturer warranty extensions. Our warranty covers exclusively the work performed and the parts supplied by us.

Parts Warranty

All parts purchased and installed through us carry their own warranty period. If a part we supplied fails within the warranty term, we will replace it. This applies to both genuine OEM parts and OEM-compatible alternatives.

Genuine and OEM-Compatible Viking Parts

We source Viking replacement parts from two approved channels:

  • Genuine OEM parts — exact Viking manufacturer replacements for current and recent model years, sourced through authorised distribution channels. Used for all in-warranty repairs and any application where an exact match is required.
  • OEM-compatible parts — third-party components manufactured to the same specification as the original, used for older Viking models where genuine parts are no longer stocked or have excessive lead times. These meet the same functional and quality standards.

Parts are confirmed in stock before scheduling the repair visit. This means your technician arrives with the correct component for your specific Viking model and fault — no unnecessary return visits, no waiting weeks for back-ordered parts.

Older Viking Models

Viking appliances from the 1990s and early 2000s remain worth repairing given their robust construction. Parts availability for older Viking ranges and refrigerators can be a challenge, but we have established sourcing relationships for discontinued components and OEM-compatible alternatives that extend the serviceability of older Viking appliances significantly.

Transparent Pricing

The final cost of your repair will be confirmed after our technician completes a thorough on-site diagnosis. We provide a clear, written estimate before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises. You only pay if you approve the repair.
