Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

CHILD-LK Child lock active Low All touch controls are unresponsive. A lock icon or CHILD-LK indicator is visible on the display. View E1 Pan detection error Medium The zone activates briefly then shuts off, refusing to maintain heat for the selected pan. View E2 Overtemperature protection High All zones deactivate simultaneously while cooking, and the glass surface is extremely hot. View E3 Coil overtemperature fault High The active cooking zone deactivates during use and the surface stays very hot for an extended period. View E4 Voltage supply out of range High No cooking zones activate when turned on, or zones cut out unpredictably. View E5 Electronics communication error High Some or all cooking zone touch controls do not respond, and zones cannot be activated. View E6 Zone power delivery fault High Cookware barely warms despite a high power setting, and the zone eventually shuts down. View
