Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

BEEP-3X Cook complete signal Low The microwave beeps three times when a cook timer reaches zero. View BEEP-5X Door open reminder Low Five beeps in quick succession, typically repeating every minute or so. View F1 Overheating / thermal fault High The unit stops heating partway through a cook cycle and will not restart immediately. View F2 Humidity sensor fault Medium Sensor cooking modes over- or under-cook food. Manual time/power cooking still works normally. View F3 Touchpad / keypad fault Medium Some touchpad buttons do not respond, respond to wrong input, or trigger functions without being pressed. View F5 Door interlock failure High Pressing Start does nothing. The unit detects the door as open even when it is firmly closed. View PF Power failure recovery Low PF code shown, or the clock display is flashing 12:00 or showing dashes. View SE Generic sensor error Medium SE error code shown, often when attempting sensor-cook programs. View
