Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

CF Condenser fan failure High The exterior sides or back of the refrigerator feel very hot, and the compressor keeps shutting off and restarting. View CL Child lock active Low Control panel shows CL or a lock icon. View E1 Fresh food sensor failure High The fresh food compartment is too warm or too cold, and the compressor runs erratically. View E2 Freezer sensor failure High Frozen items partially thaw then re-freeze, or excessive frost develops in the freezer. View E3 Evaporator sensor failure High Heavy frost or ice forming on the rear panel inside the freezer, reducing cooling. View E4 Defrost system failure High Frost accumulating on freezer walls over days, gradually reducing cooling performance. View ED Defrost cycle incomplete High Ice visible behind the rear freezer panel and temperatures slowly rising over several days. View FF Evaporator fan failure High Compartments warm despite the compressor running. No fan noise from inside the unit. View HI High temperature alarm High The temperature display shows HI or flashes a high-temp warning. View LO Low temperature alarm Medium Control panel shows LO temperature warning.
